They were super responsive when I reached out to have a “done. The price was fair and competitive. The inspector arrived a couple of minutes early, he was very Meticulous in his inspection. He checked for things, I never would have considered to be part of the inspection.
They have advanced technical equipment to exam items on a deeper level. I.e. thermal tech to test the water throughout the house.
The inspector explained and showed me how to work things as well as showed/explained why he recommended improvements.
I received a very detailed report, with several images, recommendations, and comparisons to standards about 8 hours after the inspection. This report was also Meticulous.
