Limited Scope Inspections – $225.00

If you only need one system or component inspected, moisture intrusion/ leak detection or a Thermal Scan using a Thermal Camera we have you covered. An example of a possible Limited Scope Inspection may be using a moisture meter to determine if a stain is wet/ has a high level of moisture.

Re-Inspection with Verbal Only – $100.00

This re-inspection is only for those items repaired by the seller. We did not re-inspect any item that was considered working properly or was not specified by the buyer’s request for repairs by the seller. The findings by the inspector at the time of the Re-Inspection will be conveyed to the buyer verbally only.

Re-Inspection with Written Report – $175.00

This re-inspection is only for those items repaired by the seller. We did not re-inspect any item that was considered working properly or was not specified by the buyer’s request for repairs by the seller. The findings by the inspector at the time of the Re-Inspection will be updated in the original report.

Out of Area – $50.00

If you live more than 50 miles from the Vista main office, you must select this charge in addition to the main service due to the distance/traffic

Sewer Scope Pricing

Single family home with a listing price under $1.5 Million – $250.00

Single family home with a listing price $1.5 Million and over – $300.00

If there is an additional carriage house (pool house, guest house, etc.) on the property – $125.00
